Synchronization of Hyperchaotic Systems with Unknown Parameters based on Adaptive Method

This paper addresses the synchronization problem of two hyperchaotic systems with unknown system parameters. Based on Lyapunov stability theory an adaptive method is derived to make the states of two hyperchaotic systems with unknown system parameters asymptotically synchronized. In this paper, we further investigate chaotic communication based on this adaptive synchronization scheme. Numerical simulations are presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed chaos synchronization schemes.
