Modeling of By-product Exchange Network Construction for Virtual Eco-Industrial Parks

Nowadays, industry can not be persisted in one direction production as a traditional way: resource and energy consumption, product manufacture, waste release, instead, a new substance circular model is held up simulate with nature ecological process. In this process by-product can be fully used in different steps of manufacture, and a multi-products symbiosis industrial system will be built up. From the modeling research of by-product exchange network designing, abstract the object of problem and mathematic program is put forward, by the model we will discuss the construction process of by-product exchange network, if there is an enterprise apply to join the EIPs how to examine it, the inffience of adjusting the rate of waste drainage fees by the committee of EIPs, the network structure trend when the amount of the pollution discharge changes, how the network will be if there is a node in quit, the restore routine that network when suddenness happened, in the end an example is discussed for the modeling method.
