Optimal Synthesis of Roubust Performance for Coprime Factor Uncertain Systems and Its Continuity Properties
In this paper, we solve the problem of design of controller achieving optimal robust regulation against coprime factor perturbations and unknown external disturbances. The solution based on solving an auxiliary problem utilizes Scaled-Q approach to convert the design problem into certain linear programming problems. Then, continuity properties of the problem of optimal robust regulation are furnished for discrete-time systems subjected to coprime factor perturbations and unknown external disturbances. We show that the above controller design is continuous as a map from the nominal model of the plant to optimal robust regulation controller, moreover, if the set of plants is compactness, the map is uniformly continuous.
