Equipment of Insulation Monitoring in the AC Secondary Circuit of the Electric Power System

摘要：

The secondary circuit is very important for the safety of electric power production and ensures that the electricity energy is provided to user in high quality. An equipment of insulation monitoring is designed to avoid more-grounding points in the AC Secondary Circuit, in order to guarantee that the Electric web will be safer and steady. This paper gives a indepth study on the Principles of this equipment and then a detailed design of the Hardware and software structure are described in this paper.
