A rapid identify arithmetic for the analog measuring instruments based on human vision system
To meet the requirements set for the analog measuring instruments in automatic and accurate checkout, this paper proposes a new and rapid engineering identification algorithmic based on human visual detection principle to overcome the defects of the commonly used identification algorithmic by analyzing their digital image processing technique in getting the reading of the pointer. The new algorithmic, with features of the human eye in identifying an image, can detect, by canning and searching rapidly, the interesting part and analyze in accordance with its feature if its the target to be detected. Thus improving the identification speed and getting the best-fit parameter of the pointer to its maximum-likelihood so as to reduce the measurement error. Compared with the Hough transform and Center point projection, the proposed algorithmic is more analogical to the features of human eye.
