Modeling and Simulation of the Algorithm on Container Intelligent Optimal Layout
In order to raise the efficiency of logistics, it’s of significance that how to enhance the capacity of containers and meanwhile how to put the goods with the same size together. Based on integral slice mathematical model aiming at layout problem, an integral slice algorithm for virtual layout is provided in this paper. The new concept of virtual solid is introduced and suppose the layout of the container is finished virtually, then the container is sliced into several small blocks. The container layout model of programming is set up by minimizing the total volume of virtual solid and thus an optimal solution is obtained. An simulation system compiled by VC ++ is developed in this paper. The algorithm is proved correct and feasible by application examples, and is suitable for solving mixed layout problems of goods with single size and multi-size.
