Study on Loss-Free Heavy Current Switching Power Supply

In this paper, we propose a topological structure of loss-free heavy current switching power supply. The input circuit of the power consists of a series capacitor-switch array and output circuit consists of a parallel capacitor-switch array. The power supply output is changed correspondingly by on-off control of switch arrays. Differential coefficient equation is used to analyze the charging and discharging processes of the switching power supply. The circuit consists of loss-free elements. A simulation experiment was carried out to verify that the switching power supply is featured with controllable impulse power,voltage and current output. Furthermore, the switching power supply has characteristics of low harmonic and low power loss.
