Robust L1 Control for Uncertain Linear Singular Systems:A Matrix Inequality Approach
The problem of robust L1 control for a class of uncertain singular time-delay systems is addressed. The *-norm, which is the best upper bound on the induced L1 norm obtained by bounding the reachable set with inescapable ellipsoids, instead of induced L1 norm itself is minimized. Based on this method, a matrix inequality condition is presented for a linear singular system to be regular, impulse free, stable with peak-to-peak gain less than a given bound. The robust L1 control problem is also solved and the explicit expression of the desired state-feedback control law is also given.
