A Two-cell Adjusting Immune Controller and Its Characteristic Simulation

There are antigen recognizers and antigen killers which take function in biological specific immunity. Recognizers will reproduce themselves largely after the process of antigen recognition, and which induce the proliferation of killers to eliminate antigens, recognizers decreased along with the dying of antigens, and which make the killers reduced to keep the balance of the organism. The two-cell adjusting immune controller (TCAIC) model, which based on a two-cell immune dynamics di erential equation that can be used to describe the ibid process, is proposed in this paper. The controller is a bilinear model. It has three regulating parameters and easy to implement. The simulation results indicate that it has fascinating characteristics as one-order integral character, good stabilization to large pure-lag system, remembrance character and easy to adjust its parameters.
