Robust Adaptive Control for a Class of Complex Systems Using High-Order Neural Networks

A novel robust adaptive controller is presented for a class of complex systems with similarities using high-order neural networks. This approach adequately uses the structural characteristic of similar complex systems to resolve the difficult questions of the interconnections by updating the weights of high-order neural networks on line. It depends on little known knowledge and assures the stability of closed-loop systems. It is proved that making good use of the structure characteristic of the complex systems with similarities can reduce the calculation, and it is easy to be realized in engineering.
