Study on the Estimation of Machinery’s Excitation Spectrum

Against the diculty in the direct measurement of the internal excitation of the vibrating equipment, the estimation of the excitation spectrum was studied. The dynamic transfer relationship among subsystems of a six-degree-of-freedom vibration isolation system was investigated according to the mobility theory, and the characteristic equation of the excitation was derived. Therewith a method exploring the equivalent excitation of the rigid-body machine was presented in terms of the excitation characteristic equation and the response. Applying the generalized inverse matrix, the method was extended to non-rigid body whose action spots can be demarcated. Experimental results proved that the estimation result is of considerably accuracy.
