Analysis of Decision Rules for Grate-kiln System Based on Rough Set Theory

In the grate-kiln pelletizing production process, the pyrology institution adjustment and control of the grate-kiln system is of utmost important. In order to extract simple and effective decision rules from original datum, the method based on rough set theory is proposed to counter the specific characters of complicated control object, intercoupling of all parameters and difficult establishment of accurate mathematic model. Through the reducing analysis of decision table formed by some typical process parameters in production process, the control rules under different production conditions are induced to enable the grate-kiln system to follow the change of the forgoing process sections, thus ensuring the system under good conditions at all times.
