Delay-Dependent Stability and Stabilization of Linear Neutral Systems with Multiple Delays
In this paper, the asymptotic stability of linear neutral differential systems with multiple delays is investigated. Based on the Lyapunov functional method, sufficient conditions for the delay-dependent stability of the systems are derived in the terms of LMI. Furthermore, the problem of designing state feedback controller for the linear neutral differential systems is considered, the delay-dependent solutions are presented by solving LMI. Some previous results for delay-dependent stability of time-delay systems are extended and improved. A numerical example are given to illustrate the the application of the proposed method.
