A Robust Superimposed Pilot Scheme in MIMO Systems

In this paper, a novel superimposed pilot scheme is presented, which not only has the optimized MSE (Mean Squared Error) of channel estimation, SINR (Signal-to- Interference Noise Ratio) and PAPR (Peak-to-Average Power Ratio) simultaneously, but also is robust to dc-offset. The relationships of MSE and SINR with pilot parameters are analyzed through simulation. Comparison proves that the proposed pilot scheme has both high SINR and good robustness.
