Effect of Acceleration Rate on Finishing Temperature of Hot Rolling Strip
According with discuss of the speed system of finishing mill, the effect of rolling speed on finishing temperature was researched considering the strip temperature increasing of deformation and friction, the temperature dropping of contacting with work rollers. Calculation result shows the strip finishing temperature increases versus acceleration rate increasing. The research result may apply reference for hot strip finishing temperature control strategy and enhance the control accuracy.
