Effect of rolling stress on strip cast low carbon steels with P addition

摘要：

The microstructure and P segregation behavior of strip cast and normal cast samples with the same P contents were studied in this paper. The dendritic crystals were not so obviously in strip cast samples, for the roll separating force broke the dendritic crystals during the casting process. The roll-separating force increased the Psegregation degree during strip casting process. And there were more phosphides precipitated in strip cast samples.The Psegregation phenomenon is more pronounced with the P content increasing.
