The fatigue performance of 400MPa super-steel strip
Using hydraulic servo fatigue experiment machine, the study on 400MPa super-steel high cycle fatigue performance under symmetrical cycle stress condition were carried out. The S-N curve was drawn out and the relation expression was summarized out. The fatigue crack feature was analyzed by aid of observation of crack profile under SEM. The cracking mechanism was inferred out through observation of microstructure near crack by using TEM.
