Investigation on High Temperature Deformation Behavior of High-Strength Pipeline Steel
The deformation resistance to of X80 pipeline steel during hot formation has been studied through Gleeble-2000 simulator, and the relationship among deformation temperature, strain rate, degree of deformation and deformation resistance has been established. The results show that the deformation resistance is affected remarkably by both strain rate and deformation temperature. According to the results of actual measurement, the model of deformation resistance of X80 pipeline steel has been established and has high fitting precision.
