Design of cooling rate on runout table cooling for hot strip mill
Target of controlling cooling in hot strip mill is not only coiling temperature. Cooling rate play great role on microstructure and mechanical property of strip .It’s useful to learn impact on cooling rate by factors, such as DT, velocity and thickness. The impacting rules are presented by this article. While, the relationship between cooling rate and spray jet opening sequence are made according to cooling efficiency of single jet. It’s a guideline to make proper parameters of cooling rate controlling.
