Controlling technology of runout table cooling path for hot strip mill
Target of controlling cooling after rolling has been developing from coiling temperature to cooling rate 、to cooling path 、to microstructure and mechanical property. Under this trend, the object of this article is to discuss the flexible controlling on runout table cooling and to create the relationship between CCT curve and spray bank layout, to make the relationship between cooling rate and spray jet open sequence.This controlling technology has been used successfully in industry experiment ,decreasing the ratio of yield stress and tensile stress in HP 295 steel grade.
