Study on Welding Bogie Frame Steel Used in High-speed Train
Effects of two kinds of TMCP on microstructure and mechanical properties of HSLA with copper-bearing used in welding bogie frame of high-speed trains were investigated. The experiment result showed that bainite content, yield strength and tensile strength were increased with decreasing of final cooling temperature. However, elongation rate was greatly decreased. When finishing rolled temperature was reduced from 880 to 840 and final cooling temperature was 580, the tested steel has higher strength and better low temperature toughness.
