The Resistance Model in Ferrite Region of high-strength IF steel

In this paper, Thermal simulation experiments were carried out on Gleeble-3800 Thermal Mechanical Simulator for high-strength IF steel by addition P. The hot deformation behavior of high-strength IF steel was investigated by the change of the stress-strain curve. Results of the paper include the following: 1.The single pass compression test showed the mode of the stress-strain curve is dynamic recovery, which doesn’t change with temperature. The effect of deformation on the dynamic soften behavior in ferrite region is greater than that in austenite region, and deformation resistance decrease greatly in high temperature zone of ferrite region. Deformation resistance increases with increment of strain rate when temperature and reduction are constant. Deformation resistance increases with increment of reduction when temperature and strain rate are constant. 2. On a basis of data detailed in single pass compression test, the model of deformation resistance can be deduced by regressive method ;Deformation activation energy of tested steel was calculated by Z-hollomen parameter.
