Investigation of Static Recrystallization during Compact Strip Rolling

摘要：

Static recrystallization action during the interval of passes by compact strip rolling of Benxi Steel has been investigated by Gleeble-2000 thermal/mechanical simulation tester. Nb inhibits static recrystallization obviously by comparing low carbon steel and Nb bearing steel. Compared with traditional rolling, the energy of static recrystallization for compact strip rolling is much higher. That is, it is more difficult to occur static recrystallization for compact strip rolling.
