Influence of Rolling Parameters on Grain Size and Technology Optimization
This paper calculates and analyzes the relationship between technological parameters and product grain size by using the established simulation system of grain size of hot rolled plate and strip. On the basis, a BP network model determining the relation between grain size and technological parameters is established, and the actual production technology has been optimized. The results show that finer grains can be gained by the optimized technology.
