Construction and Implementation of Mass Customization Strategy
In this study, the mass customization from the angle of strategy was investigated. Based on the conception model and strategy construction of mass customization strategy (MCS) proposed, the implementation path of masscustomization strategy was discussed. The implementation of MCS include three necessary conditions: the basis is the enable technology of advanced manufacturing such as AM, LP, IE, CIMS et al. The effective support isthe flexible organization structure which includes agile production operation organization and management organization. The core of MCS is that how to establish the production assignment according to the customers demands, enterprises goal, speed, cost, customers satisfaction and so on, so as to help manufacturing enterprises gain sustaining competition advantage and realize two-wins between enterprises and customers.
