Assessment Method for the Scientific Research Project Based on Evolution Neural Network

摘要：

To ensure that the evolutionary neural network is applied for assessment of scientific research project of the colleges and universities and setting up the mathematical model, it has overcome the defects of unimportant factor and bigger weight occupied by human factor and strengthened the objectivity of project assessment, thus, which is in favor of equitable distribution and use of the cost of scientific research. It adopts the computer for operation for raising the work efficiency and reducing the cost of assessment and has the much more wide application foreground in the scientific research management field.
