Study on Integrated System of Enterprise Independent Innovation
The establishment and maintenance of integrated system are indispensable to incubate and develop the independent innovation ability of enterprise. The integrated system of independent innovation is put forward based on the theoretical and practical research of innovation by introducing the ideology of integrated innovation to the theory system of independent innovation. This system includes six essentials about enterprise strategy, innovational organization, information system, enterprise culture, systemic method and the process of enterprise operation. And the system emphasizes the organic process of integrated innovation. At last, the coupling relationships of the essentials are proposed and described quantitatively with management entropy.
