E-book Editor and Reader Tool Developed for Mobile Phone
Mobile phones are convenient to carry. A reader tool based on the mobile phone platform is developed in order to read electrical resources easily. However, any content or a file on Internet and/or personal computer (PC) cannot be directly read by a mobile phone. This paper presents an editor and reader tool development based on Java. This tool is available to mobiles (cell phones) of several vendors.
