Current Status and Developing Trends of Mechanical Track Synthesis
Track analysis of mechanism, type and characteristics of direct and indirect synthesis methods of mechanism with single degree of freedom are illustrated. Current status of three methods of mechanism innovation design based on track synthesis is analyzed. Research on workspace, crank existence condition, analysis and synthesis of track, kinetics and simulation of control system are summarized. Some problems of five-bar mechanism based on track synthesis to be solved urgently are pointed out. Innovation design and control method of five-bar mechanism based on characteristic parameters is brought forward.
