Structural Evolution and Traffic Impact of the Civic Commercial District
With the rapid development and population explosion of the city in our country, the traffic demand shot up, and then cause the increasingly serious urban traffic problem, which has a strong impact on the social economic development of the city. The structure of urban commercial district closely relate to urban economic situation, whose development has a extremely vital role on the whole civic functional operation. The civic commercial district usually takes one or couple large-scale commercial buildings as the core, Its structural form shows a change from the single central focused structure to the polycentric decentralized structure when the urban scale and the local geographical environment change. By analyzing the structural evolution and traffic relations of the civic commercial district, the paper has discussed the traffic characteristic and traffic impact when the civic commercial district structural form changes.
