Scrap Concrete Using in Highway Engineering
Aiming at the environment problem caused by scrap concrete, This paper introduced a method to resolve it as flow: processing the scrap concrete debris to fillings, recycled aggregate and recycled concrete, then use it in highway engineering. Technics flow of regenerated aggregate produced. The physical and mechanical parameters of regenerate aggregate, abio- combined material stabilization regenerated aggregate and regenerated concrete were measured, and the parameters can meet with the demand of standards. According to the experimental results of regenerated aggregate and the properties of regenerated aggregated stabilized with cement, the regenerated concrete can be used as semi-rigid base materials. According to experiment, except the parameter of the anti-wear feature, the recycled concrete has all parameters as same as standard one.
