Green Building Assessment System and Green Design

摘要：

Comparing LEED and GOBAS with CASBEE in core concepts, scoring measures and results of assessment, this paper is expected to help the professional designers of architecture in different specialties with their green designs. Also, this paper interprets the three assessment systems from the viewpoint of design. In the end, this paper, while pointing out the existing issues and exciting prospects, puts forward the trend of future development of assessment system for green building and green design-handbook for green building design.
