Systematic Integration on Sustainability of Steel Congregated Apartment Building System
The problems, which existing in the building system of steel congregated apartment in China, such as building quality to economic condition, technologies to humanity, building forms to building functions, building to natural environment, make that the steel congregated apartment building have little sustainability. How to carry sustainability through the sub-system and correlating ways of the building system of steel congregated apartment has been put forward in this paper. In order to integrate the sustainability of the building system of steel congregated apartment systematically, the tectonic strategies such as developing and integrating series of complete match technologies, total design with non-skip to each way of the building system, changeable individuation building space, architectural design ideas with humanity spirit, constructing and managing mechanism with users participation, has been discussed further.
