Macro-thinking on the Capital Formation of the West and Narrowing the Area Economic Disparity between the East and the West
The economic disparity between the East and the West has still been enlarged since the implementation of the west development. There are many factors bring about the regional economic disparity. This regional disparity was mainly resulted from the insufficient capital formation of the West. We consider that the major measure to narrow the disparity is searching some rational way of capital formation of the West by analyzing disadvantages during the period of capital formation.
