An Empirical Analysis of the Relationship between Finance Expenditure Structure and Economic Growth
We examine the finance expenditure structure and economic growth in our country since 1978. In unit root tests and Granger causality Tests we find the evidence of positive relationship between expenditure on culture and education and economic growth, but expenditure on national defense and administration management shown negative effect. In the meantime, the effect of expenditure on education is greater than the expenditure on research. However, expenditure on agriculture has greater positive effect on the first industry than others.
