Sequence Analysis of Ganoderma Species Based on ITS Region of Ribosomal DNA

摘要：

We studied with ITS region of rDNA to analyse three Ganoderma species. It have been found to be visibly different. The similarity (％) of ITS sequence is 88.5％～92％. Therefore, the ITS region of rDNA could be believed a convenient target for molecular identification of fungi.
