Extraction and Comparison of Polysaccharide-peptides of Ganoderma lucidum Cultivated with Grass and Wood Log

This research studied the optimal conditions for extracting polysaccharide-peptides from Ganoderma lucidum, and compared the amounts of polysaccharide- peptide and heavy metals of Ganoderma lucidum cultivated with grass and wood log. The polysaccharide-peptide was obtained by water extraction, ethanol precipitation and reserve dialysis. Heavy metals were examined by atom absorptive spectrum and atom fluorescence spectrum. The optimal condition for extracting polysaccharide- peptide from Ganoderma lucidum fruit body was the ratio of sample to water 1:15, temperature 100℃, time 3 hours. The polysaccharide-peptide content in grass-cultivated Ganoderma is 1 to 3 times higher to that in wood log-cultivated Ganoderma. Heavy metals examination shows that Hg and As in the polysaccharide-peptide meet with the requirement, while Pb content is exceed the food standard.
