Teaching English in Inner Mongolia : A Study of INSET Needs and Strategies

摘要：

The aim of this research is to establish the INSET needs of Chinese English teachers and to explore whether the UK strategies might be helpful in the context of Inner Mongolia．The different research methods that were used to collect data include questionnaires, interviews, personal reflections based on my previous experiences and contacts with school teachers, official documents and Internet searching．
