A Multi-objective Evolutionary Algorithms with Group Fuzzy Decision Making Method
Aiming to deal with the complexity of the problem of multi-objective optimization, a new fuzzy multi-objective evolutionary algorithm with group decision making method is constructed in this paper. A hybrid evolutionary strategy, which integrates Genetic Algorithms and Simulated Annealing Algorithms is described. A group fuzzy decision making method for solution ranking during searching the Pareto optimal front for multi-objective optimization problems is proposed. A program is constructed based on the proposed method, and a computation example is presented in the paper.
