Equations of State: A Discussion
Properties for process and product design are generally provided by equations of state, which are represented by a sum of contributions from physical interactions, association interactions and long-range electrostatic interactions. Leading group of equations of state are discussed as to their soundness of basis, mixing and combining rules, and accuracies in applications. Novel as well as traditional applications of equations of state are also discussed.
