Microwave Synthesis of Nano-materials
Various nanomaterials were synthesized by using the proprietary microwave synthesis technique. 2.45GHz microwaves were directly irradiated on the catalysts, resulting in the syntheses of carbon nanotubes, silicon nanowires and silicon carbide nanostructures.
