Morpholine recycle from Morpholine hydrochloride salt and distillation simulation

摘要：

The paper researched the treatment of morpholine hydrochloride salt by NaOH and the new process of recovery morpholine by distillation. The experiment determined the appropriate concentration and dosage of NaOH solution and the operating conditions of distillation. Under this process, the yield of morpholine was up to 80％, the purity was 99.5％. The distillation process was simulated by Pro II software, then analyzed and compared with the experimental data.
