Two-bed PVSA for air separation
The five-step two-bed PVSA (pressure-vacuum swing adsorption) process for air separation was developed. In the case of conventional simulations for PVSA process, the behaviors of different two beds were assumed to be identically same. However, in this study, the behaviors of two beds were considered and simulated independently. It enables to simulate performances of the two different beds, such as purity, productivity and recovery, respectively as changing loading ratios and PE step pressures.
