Studies on the Absorption Decolorization Kinetics of Reused Pyroligneous Acid
The decolorization of CMA deicer which was prepared from pyroligneous acid--the effluent of pyrolyzed biomass-- was studied by spectrophotometry. The kinetics model and effect factor of decolorization which was carried through by active carbon were studied. And the results show that the better decolorization effect was got by the way that pyroligneous acid was first converted to calcium magnesium acetate deicer and then was decolorized. The result shows that the absorption and decolorization process fit into Longmuir equation, which is C=-0.0172 + (3.60?3 10-)×(C/q) with the maximum absorption value qm =3.60×10 -3 cu/kg and the equilibrium constant b=58.14 m 3/cu. The adsorption equilibrium equation, C =1.4863-0.8112t + 0.1902 2 t-0.0144 3 t, is gotten with linear regression method.
