Purification of pyoluteorin from fermentation broth of Pseudomonas sp.M18R

摘要：

Pyoluteorin (Plt), a biopesticide produced by the cell culture of a chromosomally rsmA inactivation mutant strain Pseudomonas sp.M18R was separated and purified. The fermentation broth was firstly extracted with ethyl acetate twice at a volume ratio of 0.5:1. Then the Plt extract was purified by silica gel column chromatography and preparative high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Yellow Plt crystal with a purity of above 99％ and a total recovery of about 69.8％ assayed by HPLC was finally obtained. The developed separation method is simple and effective with high purity and could be used as batch preparation of Plt.
