AFM Imaging of the Interaction between Fe2O3 Nanoparticles and Human Liver Cancer Cells
We report a strategy for rapid and low cost DNA sequencing method in which the sequences of DNA templates, hybridized to a surface-immobilized array of DNA primers, are determined by sensing the number of the extended fluorescence labeled nucleotides. The primers in the array are extended in sequential DNA polymerase-catalyzed nucleotide incorporation reactions with a low concentration single fluorescein-labeled deoxyribonucleoside triphosphate (dNTP), and followed by filling the vacancy with the corresponding unlabeled dNTP. We have sussessfully sequenced 12 bp DNA template with this method. The method has potential for the rapid and low-cost DNA sequencing with microarray platform.
