Alternatively Spliced internal Exons Prediction using SVM
The aim of this study was to investigate the interactions between Fe2O3 nanoparticles and human liver cancer cells with AFM in culture media. Living cells, 0.25% Glutaraldehyde fixed cells and Fe2O3 nanoparticles cocultured cells were imaged with AFM in culture media, respectively. The results indicated that fixed cells exhibited rougher surfaces with debris and lower heights compared to living cells. Cocultured with Fe2O3 nanoparticles, the cell surface became more roughly and more dots appeared on the cell surfaces. We surmised that those dots might be Fe2O3 nanoparticles and the result illustrated the interaction of Fe2O3 nanoparticles with the target cell membrane.
