Cellular Interaction base on PEG-mediated Fused Cells On the RT-CESTM System
A novel method was developed to prepare functionalized magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs), in which SiO2/(PMMA/Fe3O4) magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) were modified with 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane to produce a dense amine surface. The amido modified MNPs (NH2-MNPs) were capable of efficient electrostatic capture of genomic DNA. The maximum amount of genomic DNA captured on 10 μg of NH2-MNPs was about 700 ng. PB buffer effectively released the captured DNA. This efficiency was dramatically enhanced by incubation at 80 ℃ and DNA recovery from NH2-MNPs approached 90%. The NH2-MNPs were employed to simplify the isolation of genomic DNA from human whole blood. It is a promising method for high-throughput automated extraction of genomic DNA from whole blood samples at a decreased yield.
