Determination of hepatoma-specific alpha-fetoprotein by a mini-column affinity chromatography method

Cellular interaction and adhesion is a dynamic and integrated process requiring the participation of specialized cell surface receptors, structural proteins, signaling proteins, and the cellular cytoskeleton. In this paper, we choose a label-free and real-time method to measure and monitor cell adhesion on special microplates integrated with electronic cell sensor arrays. These plates were used in conjunction with the real-time cell electronic sensing (RT-CES?) system to dynamically and quantitatively monitor the specific interaction of cells. We do some treatment on them 24h after plant. It can be conclude that the system is sensitive enough to finger out some little changes of cells. In order to find out the mechanism of membrane fusion of cells, we use PEG(poly ethylene glycol) to make non-small lung cancer cells (A549 cells) fuse and plant them back into microwells on RT-CES, we can also get the changes from the plot of the experiment.
