Identification of Cancer Cells Based on PLA Nanofibers Interface

In this report, we have explored the possibility of quick and high-sensitive detection of the different cancer cells based on polylactide (PLA) nanofibers modified glass carbon electrode interface. Our observations of electrochemical studies indicate that the PLA nanofibers modified interface is a good biosensor which could remarkably increase the relevant detection sensitivity. Besides, the results of contact angle study indicate that we can readily identify and detect the different kinds of leukemia K562 cells based on the contact angle values of the target leukemia K562 cells on PLA nanofibers modified interface, suggesting a new strategy for cancer diagnosis with high sensitivity and low cost.
